Career & Transition Support Programme
The primary role of LCP's under the career and Transition Support (CTS) Programme is to facilitate access for young people to a range of career and transition support services which link with and complement existing programmes and services at the local LCP Service Region Level.
LCP's will typically have a facilitation role, rather than directly delivering services to individual students and young people.
